Anatoly D. Romanov Ph. D., Ass. Professor, was born in 1937, received higher education (technical, economic, philological).

25 years in the industry, 14 years of teaching at universities in Russia, the U.S. and Germany, organizer and director of the Center for the psychological monitoring (1989-1990) and the Center for learning the basics of foreign economic activity "Vneshekonomtsentr" (1994-1995).
